In 2006 I bought an ATMEGA16L chip from a man on neonixie.com whose name is Moses from which I built a six digital Nixie tube clock using Burroughs 7971 Nixie tubes. That chip has finally failed and I desperately need to find another chip. If you know Moses or where I can purchade one of the programmed chips I would greatly appreciate it. The clock uses a 32 khz oscillator and a supercap for backup power.
