I have seen single bubble light, night lights here and there. Tim L
How about a string of 201As and Blue glass Arcturus 201As hung on the tree and lit up (Brass based tipped, even better) I almost forgot the super airline Gold glass GX201As And 200As no silver getter to block the light. So gold, silver, blue, clear. Would make quite a set. More modern you could use neon Voltage regulator tubes. I don't know how much light miniature xenon thyratrons would put out? Or eye tubes of various types? HV could come from some of the Taylor Edge switcher supplies. Tim L > I have not seen them anywhere in YEARS now.
