Reporting back on the eBay listing. I received the displays today...hard to tell whether they're used or not, they fire on all segments OK and there's none of that 'used' look to the segments that you typically see in well worn panaplex displays. However, they're a bit dirty and the pins are not

I've finally completed this: Six SP-101 panaplex displays being driven by 'smart sockets' which are getting their instructions from a Teensy Micro. A Wemos provides NTP sync, sensor reading (temperature and pressure) , Web scraping (local wind speed and direction) and random words. It does the
