Not too surprisingly, since perl/agent/default_store/default_store.xs is
an almost empty file in 5.3.x SVN now. Wes, what went wrong?

Which MIBs have you looked at?
The Net-SNMP enterprise-specific traps are defined in the NET-SNMP-AGENT-MIB

Good morning, all!
Please advise me as to where or how I am to parse some events that I am
getting with the Net-SNMP OID. All of the MIBs (so far) that I've
downloaded have not had the 'TRAP-TYPE' (SNMPv1) or 'NOTIFICATION-TYPE
(SNMPv2) portions of a 'normal' MIB. However, I am in great need
HI yaoyu
what is the difference between the agent address of SNMPv1 and the ip

Ok let's explain
Agent address - in RFC 1157 (about SNMPv1) It's a field of the SNMPv1
packet (only for SNMPv1) where we can place the ip address of the agent.
This field is n

No.
This is invalid under SMI.
You need to use "shared indexes" and parallel tables.
Have a look at the Disk and Partition tables (in the
Host Resources MIB) for an example

If possible where I can find the syntax?
Does mib2c supports nested table code generation?
Thanks,

Hello,
I am in need of help. I am trying to use the sample
code
but my snmp set action funcation is not at all
reached.
When i do normal snmp set command it reaches all the
function it should.
But when after registering all the function it does
not reach the reserver and action function at all.
Hi!
Thanks once again for replaying
My OIDS are like this 1)
1.3.6.1.4.1.6798.3.1.1.1.1
2)
1.3.6.1.4.1.6798.3.1.1.1.2
3)
1.3.6.1.4.1.67
Dave Thanks,
I've reinstall the all environment from scratch and it did work.
I think there is dependencies in the compilation ,meaning if one of the
MIB files is problematic he can influence the others.

The first two look definite shoo-ins, the third seems plausible, though
I'd need to examine the context more carefully to be sure.
But I would
