I am running net-snmp-5.1.2, on a MIPS platform, openWRT (kernel 2.6.25).
I have written my MIB, generated .c and .h files using mib2c, modified the .c
file with my data struct and etc, and used
--with-mib-module="myMib" to configure, and compiled on x86, my laptop, and ran
it. Everything OK.

It is been observed that walking entire mib (.1) in takes average time of 2
mins.
2.4 secs in first attempt
2.2 secs in second attempt
Successive walks makes it further slow. Though the device does not crash
and functionality is not effected but walk is very slow and for multi
