Is snmptls still used?

Hi, Currently Debian ships snmptls. The lintian checker flagged that this program doesn't have a manual page so I have written one. The issue is, I don't think the program is actually finished which makes me wonder does anyone use it? In that case, is it worthwhile to ship it with the Debian
