Hi,
Net-snmp does not compile on Windows/Cygwin. Looking over the code, I
see several IFDEF'S that are not correct. Where do I submit a patch one
I gain enough energy to update the code. Also, what form of the patch
command would you like me to use.

string that is passed to the function is a char array within a
structure within an array that was allocated using the “calloc”
function. Net-snmp did not want anything to do with that.
