Multiple-word community name

It is broken for using multiple-word community name. 
An example:

rwcommunity "A B" default in snmpd.conf

`snmpwalk -c "A B" localhost ucdavis`  will get time-out because of no-matched 
community name.

Attached is a fix patch against v5.0.9.
