Please do NOT post the same message to both the user
and coders lists (either cross-posted, or separately).
The same point is made several times on the same page.
You are *EXTREMELY* fortunate that I responded to the users
version of this question before realising that you had completely
ignored these guidelines. I have a personal policy of refusing
to answer any question posted to both lists.
In future, can you please READ and FOLLOW these guidelines
before asking for assistance.
