sorry. for the answer :D
i did a strace of my snmpwalk and looks for snmp.conf search
i saw that my snmpwal looks for snmp.conf into
/usr/local/net-snmp-5.4.2.1/share/snmp/snmp.conf
i add mibs +ALL inside and now works great!

No - that's not what it says.
Take a closer look at the name of the file that this tutorial refers to.
It's not "snmpd.conf"
