Errr... are you sure you've sent this to the right list?
Your code refers to
#include "snmp_pp/snmp_pp.h"
and the like, which feels more like Frank's SNMP++ framework
than the Net-SNMP suite.
I'm sure this is a very useful submission, but it doesn't
feel particularly relevant to the Net-SNMP project.
(Unless I'm missing something obvious?)
