Dear coders,
Net-SNMP always doesn't support broadcast address. Actually, I think it is
easy, only replace "netsnmp_udp_sendto" with "sendto" in "snmpUDPDomain.c".
Maybe my idea is too simply.
Would you please tell me why not support broadcast? I have changed it, but am
fear in making other problems.
