Embedded linux install

I'm trying to install net-snmp 5.7.1 on an embedded linux system (fedora 7). There aren't any binaries on sourceforge for 5.7.1 I can't do "yum install" or "rpm get" or whatever, so I need to transfer the required files manually. Is there some resource somewhere that shows what is required? L
