I'm a newbie to net-snmp toolkit. snmptrap does not seem to be working. Error
message returned: "No access configuration - dropping trap" and

Environment:

Windows Vista
Cygwin version: CYGWIN_NT-6.0-WOW64 1.7.5

3.6.1.2.1.43.5.1.1.13.1 . getSNMP works, but when I want to setSNMP I

the device . But normally this OID is writeable.
Does anyone know a work around or other

is received the formatting is n

I have noticed a behavior difference between two different versions of
the snmptrap command but I could not find anything documenting the
change in behavior in the change notes and I wanted to verify if this
was a bug fix that changed the behavior. The issue has to do with
sending a SNMP v1 trap w
