I have been using snmpset in a Win10 command line to set variables in
example table netSnmpIETFWGTable and this works perfectly as follows:
C:\usr\bin>snmpset -v 2c -c nsCommStrRW 127.1.1.1
NET-SNMP-EXAMPLES-MIB::nsIETFWGChair1.\"wg1\" s jblog1
64/site/lib C:/Perl64/lib) at
