I am currently using Net-SNMP v5.2.2. I have
configured the snmpd process to run using the
following command;
/opt/net-snmp/sbin/snmpd -c
/opt/net-snmp/etc/snmpd.conf -Lf /var/log/snmpd.log
Whenever snmpd runs it overwrites the syslog file even
though I have configured it to log to a new file.
; what's the version of net-snmp you're using?and
