In /etc/snmp/snmpd.conf, I configured by following snmpd.conf.example
engineID "BQTP45000357"
After I started snmpd, saw oldEngineID is generated in /var/lib/net-snmpd
engineBoots 1
oldEngineID 0x80001f88042242515450343530303033353722
