I also use a text editor and then load it into the BlackOwl mib browser
( http://blackowl.asclep.com/ ) to test or view the structure.
I didn't think one was available, but I thought I'd ask.

I do not know of an editor like that. What I do is to use a standard
text editor and then verify the result with http://www.mibble.org.
