Thanks. Using snmpusm command it's possible to add user without restarting the
server .. right..
I have gone through the document and tried.
I was successfully able to create user. But when trying to change the
passphrase it gives some error.
commands which i gave :
1. i/p :snmpus
user1 MD5 user1234 DES
