'--with-sys-contact=izt'
If you do an snmpwalk on the system and go through the hosts MIB...
iso . org . dod . internet . mgmt . mib-2 . host . hrSWRun .
hrSWRunTable . hrSWRunEntry . hrSWRunName
You should be able to work out what the system is by what is running.
