handler for the snmptrapd.
Use Net::SNMP package from search.cpan.org
With that package you can do anything, like net-snmp:)
man snmptrapd.conf!

automatically sends an trap
when the ErrorFlag is set to 1?
The manpage "snmpd.conf" has the directive "exec", but the command
only executed after polling the snmpd with snmpwalk/get...
Any hints?
