Searching for MIB-II TCP values

Hi, does anybody know where the agent reads the MIB-II TCP values tcpRtoMin tcpRtoMax tcpMaxConn from ? I have checked the /proc/sys/net/ipv4 values, but can't find them. Using NET-SNMP 5.1.1 with Linux 2.6. Any help will be appreciated. Regards, Marco.
