Due to an errant cron task that ran twice an hour from September 2010 to July 2011, I accidentally collected about 12,000 screenshots of the front page of the nytimes.com (unfortunately, you can only watch the whole 7 minutes if you stick to 480p). http://okayfail.com/2011/nytimes-timelapse.html

I like this a lot! For me it shows the ephemeral nature of news, among other things. How news is edited as a commodity, shaping peoples perception of a mediated world. This makes a lovely film to be screened big and bold. I'll put it in The Zone film night if allowed- now looking like
