FWIW WebGL works for me with the latest Firefox (both using my laptop with Intel 530 graphics and also using the software renderer under VirtualBox). From time to time some firefox version would behave somewhat strangely - i.e. the demos from webglsamples.org would work, but https://cad.onshape.co
