Just to explain what the exact issue is:
raspberrypi-userland installs EGL stuff. So does MesaLib, and
apparently this is new. They install files with the same names to
the same locations, so they conflict.
As for pkgsrc Xorg, it's not necessary to install Xorg as a package.
