There are no items denoted as "Completed 0%" that have issues raised for them. Can those who have multiple items assigned to them all at "Completed 0%" respond and say what their intentions are? Are they suddenly going to do all their tasks at once? Or should we just removed all those names

I've noticed that some of the assigned tasks that have 0% completion but have issues raised for them at specific stages (any of the 0% Java editor tasks would be an example of this). It's my first time to be a part of NetCAT too, so I'm not sure if anyone would be able to elaborate on this at
