You have searched weeks?  Well, please search for "ip_conntrack_pptp" respectively 
"ip_nat_pptp" which we've had two different implementations of:

one old, included e.g. in iptables-1.2.6a
one new (for newnat), in current patch-o-matic CVS

BTW: ip_masq_pptp was never included into the mainstream kernel source, IIRC.
