I suppose that if one is clever enough to wish for negative list
indexes, then one must be clever enough to write oneself a helper
reporter that wraps item and sublist but takes negative indexes. :)
Oh, and if the indexes are reversed (e.g. sublist -4 - 8), then the
result is in reverse order. lol
