in NM 3.x you can click on Help, then About and it should tell you your ip address. you can then have your partner type in that address in NM and click on the phone icon to make the call to you. ---

i went from using modem to dsl connectivity at home. it was transparent to net meet. you probably want to change the bandwidth setting to cable/dsl instead of modem speed in net meet. blair ---

i have same software config and use logitech's quick cam (parallel port) version without problem. only draw back is that they say you shouldn't share the printer port connection with a printer (not even with an a/b switch). so i just added another parallel port card for printer connectivity.
