Using NetSurf #3782 on RO 5.23 on Rpi2.
I note that the last few issues of NetSurf do not seem to be able to
process http://apod.nasa.gov/apod/archivepix.html in a reasonable
amount of time. Some loop somewhere? Chrome on Raspbian on Rpi3
displays it almost instantaneously.
