Re: [nfc-l] Help with NFC
Hi all, 2 years ago, on 25 May (about 12:45 AM), I heard (with my "naked ear" no recorder) an Alder Flycatcher giving its full song Fee-BEE-o several times as it migrated over my house in Ithaca, NY. I've heard other flycatchers giving full songs overhead in spring, but have not heard them giving specific flight calls. Wow, that is very cool! It's interesting to hear the call become louder as it comes overhead, then fade off into the distance again. I had something similar last night with a Virginia Rail, doing the "kiddick" call. That was pretty neat as well. Nathan On Thu, May 24, 2012 at 4:35 PM, Christopher T.
