The unusual warmth will remain with us most of the week in the northeast. This could stall any major migratory push for a time. But... a strong cold front will pass through the eastern seaboard by Friday night after Hurricane Earl passes to the northeast. Northerly winds will prevail beginning late Friday night and continue Saturday night and linger into Sunday night. Could be a great early fall nocturnal flight in the northeast/Mid Atlantic.
