[GPFS] Handle export paths belonging to non-GPFS file systems.
gpfs_claim_filesystem() makes a FATAL exit if a non GPFS File system
export is given in the config. This can happen if someone exports a GPFS
root file system and the file system is not mounted when Ganesha is
started.
