I don't think any of the 4 cylinder nighthawk carbs actually have an accelerator pump. The CVs do a pretty good job of moderating the sudden changes in airflow that necessitate pumps. If you're bogging out on the lightest twist, and only running on the enricheners then you might have a blocked
