[Nighthawk Lovers] Should I do the top end on my 1983 NH 650

So I've been thinking about doing the top end on my 1983 Nighthawk 650 for a few reasons. The compression on all four cylinders is a little low at 120 psi. That is tested with the engine warm and throttle wide open. The shop manual spec is 170 psi. But, correcting for my elevation of 7,000
