RMJ beat me too it. I spent a summer working for the county of Sacramento and used one of those a day a week for 3 months. I was in amazing shape at the end of the summer.
I have been meaning to upload my pictures of my bike loaded with: 1,000 feet of Cat5e cable, Cable validator Regular Drill Hammer drill 12X15 tarp Tool bag / box Laptop Lunch I think I could have carried more stuff without the trunk but it really helps to keep things stable.
