What is the middle pipe coming from the petcock- ambient air vent? The one pointing down is vacuum from the engine. Large one in back is fuel to the carbs. Also, I had to repair the retainer plate for the fuel selector valve. See the gap? I wonder if that has anything to do with what I perceive
