Yes it’s a pain. I have a tire changing machine, non electric, but it has a
means of breaking the bead.

So I got the tires and took the rear wheel off first - it took me 20 min to
break the bead on one side and now I am struggling to break it on the
reverse side. It just wouldn't come off. The tire is super stiff and old.
Any tricks I should use? Thanks
