My recommendation is to use a little bearing grease inside the grommet hole. I 
actually put my finger around the cover and help pry out the spike when 
removing the cover. In cold weather the grommet will harden and cause more 
friction when trying to take off the cover.

you specifically want is how the fuse panel sits behind the horn. Please 
confirm that is the case or other pics as needed.
