I have installed the bootstrap3 theme using the theme command. This is stored in: /home/ian/.virtualenvs/nikola/lib/python3.6/site-packages/nikola/data/themes/bootstrap3 I want to make some changes to the theme and keep it under version control in the directory where my site is installed.
