Add deployment.keys.<K>.destDir and deployment.keys.<K>.path (#664)
* deployment.keys: Add a 'destination' option to override their default
'/run/keys' target location
* keys.<K>.destinationFolder: add a test
* destinationFolder -> destDir
* deploment.keys.*.destDir can't be null
* Fix #646 to add .path property to keys
