As for the debugging of the connectivity issues, it was done few months ago and it was found out that the same CDN hosted some websites forbidden by goverments and traffic to its IP went through some government router. How this information could help us to fix the issue? How can we be sure that

BTW, if you (the guys who control "cache.nixos.org") have a dedicated IP address, could you set up the webserver to ignore "Host" header? Then I (or anyone) could set up "cache-nixos.mydomain.com" on Cloudflare pointing to that IP and thus get CDN, faster downloads and less load to your server.
