Watkins College of Art, Design & Film is seeking a new Helpdesk and Lab Manager. The primary responsibilities for this position will be providing desktop support, managing computer labs of OS X computers, and assisting other IT staff with networking, equipment installation and support.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in providing technical support in a Windows and Macintosh environment. Experience with Audio/Video equipment installation and support would be a plus, but not necessarily required. Linux System Administration and Networking would be another plus, but not required. IT degrees and certifications are nice, but experience is the key attribute we are looking for. We are a small IT department who work hard, respect the people we serve, and love what we do.
