While the rebuild is ongoing in a RAID6 (after a concurrent two disk
failure), I don't think you can have any drive other than the hotspare
fail.

If you do it your self on a hosting account you could setup something
like BackupPC (use rsync mode) or dirvish (need to setup your own
crontabs).
