excellent series on the Pi. They start from how to bring up the OS to
running it as a server. I have them up to date if you want to copy the

It's a Deb dist that fit's nicely on an 8 GB USB standard or 16GB if you

Could be you need the correct file name. Run the file name in your listing
through a translator that shows invisible characters, mostly control
codes. Could be you have one or two accidentally embedded in the name you
can't see them but they are now part of the name.
