If you're running OS X 10.4 Tiger, MoneyWell crashes when you close a document. If this is the problem you are seeing, upgrading to Leopard fixes that issue. If not, please try deleting your preferences (~/ Library/Preferences/com.NoThirst.MoneyWell.plist) and then run MoneyWell again.
