I have changed the font settings to italic,bold, and underline for testing sake
but now I am unable to revert those changes even after deselecting the check
boxes for bold, underline, and italic. Could anyone tell me what went wrong?

I'm trying to play with the NPPM_GETPLUGINSCONFIGDIR implemented as implemented
in v4.1.2 and issuing the command
::SendMessage(nppData._nppHandle, NPPM_GETPLUGINSCONFIGDIR,
(WPARAM)sizeof(FullFileName), (LPARAM)FullFileName);
the first time it returns the correct directory.
However subsequent requests return an empty buffer.

I have uploaded a new version (v1.10) of AutoSave plugin that allows to change
the autosave time interval through a dialog box.
This also implement the use of the new NPPM_GETPLUGINSCONFIGDIR available since
NotePad++ v1.10.
This means that for users with Notepad++ >v1.10 and not using a local profile,
the profiles will now be saved in %APPDATA%\Notepad++\Plugins\Config instead
of %APPDATA%\Notepad++.
As a consequence you may need to move there your last saved profile to be seen
on next startup or create a new one on exit.

It worked even simply having an empty string "" in the shortcut target field:
"C:\Program Files\Notepad++\notepad++.exe" ""
(make sure there is a space at the end of the string)

Hi there,
first off i started using Notepad++ a few weeks ago and i think that this a
great tool and i would love to see it reach perfection.
Here's a few things that bug me though:
1) when i create an empty file i cannot safe it until i have entered at least
one character. this caused a lot of my code files to be auto indented by one
space (typed it in so i could safe) cause i like to specify the filename before
starting to write (for the highlighting etc).
2) when Notepad++ realizes that a file had been changed and i select 'reload'
then it somehow thinks that i pressed the mouse button and didn't release it
yet. when i move the mouse it constantly changes the selection until i get
annoyed
enough to click somewhere.
3) for the sake of using Notepad++ for more than just code editing it would
be useful to bind dynamic word wrapping to the type of file being edited. Or
at least to a shortcut (didn't find it in the shortcut mapper list).
Ctrl+Shift+W
would be a nice shortcut :)
4) occassionally it happens that the working directoy is not set to the location
of the document being edited. when i execute a custom command (i wrote a custom
meta compiler that works on the working directory) it will thus execute on some
other folder. this can usually be fixed by changing the document focus to
another
and then back again.
I think there was more but i forgot :). Thanks for taking your time and reading
this.
Also my thanks go to the programers for writing such a great code editor.
