it seems someone also has a requested my #3 quite accurately here:

in HTML mode:
1. show taglist after <,
2. after a tag is selected from list:
- 1. insert tagname, add a space, and place cursor after space, and display
applicable attribute list
- 2. or complete the tag with ">", add a closing tag, and place the cursor
after opening tag
- 3. or if self-closed tag, autoclose but keep cursor inside and display
attribute
list
- 4. or in case of other like <br />, just close it, place cursor after.
3. after an attribute is selected, place attribute name, and add =", then
display
applicable value list (if exists).
4. when value is selected, insert value name, adding a closing "
5. if user then types a space pop-up attribute list again. this repeats till
user enters / or > instead of a space, which closes tag and places cursor after
opening tag.
..all hint lists should autofilter as you type and autocomplete on tab
or enter.
...something to that effect maybe with ability to configure behavior priority
for specific tags (depeding on user coding style)
would be awesome to see this.

I had the same problem, and it is not a problem at all: simply download the
3.3 version for Win98 and use the latest one for XP. Best wishes, and thanks

Dear,
I'm so excited in NPP, specially FTP Plugin, because I can directly edit file,
and save it. But, it's quite hard to keep connection between local PC and
server.
After Idle for not too long time (15 minutes, maybe), there is no notification,
screen still be keeping, but Download, UPload proccess can't work corectly
(still
show these proccess, but don't active), and I must reconnect again (start over).
Second suggestion, My PC is shared PC, so, I need master password feature for
FTP Plugin.
3rd suggestion, It would be great if have multi files upload like FTP client...
I really want to coding my self for make FTP Plugin more useful, but dont know
anything else about this programming language.
Please email me if there is any update from FTP Plugin:

Is there any WYSIWYG view in Notepad++, ala Frontpage? I am not a programmer
and hardly know anything about programming, but much of the software that I
buy to build my websites requires some editing of html or asp or whatever. And
the only way I can do it correctly is if there is via the WYSIWYG view.
HELP !!!!

Something must have changed in the latest version.
Try to copy some text from Windows wordpad (richedit) and paste it into
notepad++
Some garbage will be added at the end of pasted text
Old versions didn't seem to exhibit this behaviour

I added an external app (opera) to run menu with bad parameters (apparantly)
by saving. How can I remove it.
Also, having problems correctly launching current doc in opera. Used this
command
in the run menu: c:\programfiles\opera\opera.exe "$(CURRENT_FULL_PATH)"

I've found a bug in a latest release.
If you open some text file, select some text FROM RIGHT TO LEFT (so that charet
stays to the left of the selection) and cut it, then charet gets moved back
by an number of characters you have just cut.
It's very annoying, could someone reproduce and confirm the bug?
