However I was told that I need to install a TextMate which is only for Mac. so Can I use the cool themes on Windows? I saw the screenshots on the webpage is shot on Windows though.. Firefox or IE or Opera ...lest my most recent file changes are not displayed. I suppose the browser reads from disk, and not from what's in cache? If so, then, might I somehow "automate" the Launch? For that reason I used SCI_GETTEXTLENGTH and SCI_GETTEXT to receive the text. With SCI_SETTEXT I tried to write the modified output back. The problem is, that this only works as long the text does not contain binary zeros. I found out that i could use a combination of SCI_CLEARALL and SCI_APPENDTEXT since SCI_APPENDTEXT supports a length parameter for the operation. But the solution is not really good, because it causes 2 undo steps in notepad++ undo history. One for the inseration of the modified content and one for the clear all command. At all what I am searching for is simply a SCI_SETTEXT with a length parameter.
