Cant you just change the Compare shortcut or just remove the entire plugin?
The problem is that its hard to maintain all the accelerators the plugins use,
so a conflict here or there can be expected :).

I've added a new language to each of these files (mel) but the language is not
showing up in any of the menus (the main language menu, nor the Styler
Configurator).
Is it possible to add new languages this way?

Hi,
I've been trying to get the ruby blue theme running on Notepad++.
Tried following the instructions in the stylers.xml for the ruby blue theme.
Anyway, it says I need to replace the original stylers.xml with the one I
downloaded
in the zip.
The problem is that I cant find an xml file called stylers. there is however,
a stylers.model xml file. I tried replacing this file with it and ran Notepad++
but nothing happened.
I must be doing something wrong.
Can any1 help?

looked on the notepad++ site and seems i just had to type %APPDATA%\Notepad++
into Start>Run to get to where the file is.

I just tried to open a file that had 1 line that was 24K long. The file was
mootools.js.
NP++ crashed. I've seen in other posts where there is a 4K line length limit.
Is this true? Is there any way to fix/change that? It would be nice if an error
message came up that stated that the maximum line length had been exceeded
instead
of just crashing.

No, currently there is not.
You could perhaps replace each column separating , by a TAB character, with
tab size set to a large number of spaces.
